Is your business eligible for the Employee Retention Tax Credit?
Because the coronavirus has negatively affected so many businesses nationwide, a number of coronavirus payroll tax credits are available to help employers out. One option is the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC).
The ERTC is a CARES Act relief measure for businesses. It is a fully refundable tax credit to encourage employers to keep employees on payroll.
How much is the credit?
For 2020: The maximum ERTC is $5,000 per employee.
For 2021: The maximum ERTC is $7,000 per employee, per quarter for all four quarters of 2021, with a total maximum ERTC of $28,000 per employee.
Even if you received a PPP Loan in 2020 or 2021, you may be eligible for the ERTC for both years. Please fill out the form below to help us determine if you qualify.
